Trust The Process Project builds visibility, connection, and practical support for trans men in Dallas and across North Texas.
Trans men are often the last ones counted.
Trans men are frequently left out of the programs, the research, and the rooms where decisions get made about our lives. When services do exist, they are rarely built with us in mind, and the work of finding them falls on the person who is already carrying the most.
That gap shows up in ordinary ways. A name change petition that nobody explains. A provider directory that has not been updated in three years. A young person who has never met an adult who looks like the man he is becoming.
Trust The Process Project was founded to close that gap in Dallas, starting with the thing that has always worked best: one person telling the truth to another person who needed to hear it.
Our mission
Trust the Process Project is committed to empowering Black trans men and transmasculine individuals through advocacy, peer support, education, visibility, and community care. Our mission is to create safe, affirming spaces that promote healing, leadership, reproductive justice, mental wellness, and access to culturally competent resources while challenging stigma and systemic barriers. Through community-driven programming and authentic storytelling, we strive to uplift voices, build power, and inspire individuals to trust their journey unapologetically.
